Who is this event for?

This event is for all living with endometriosis and adenomyosis. Family members, partners, friends and colleagues are welcome. Healthcare professionals are also welcome.

Is there a discounted rate for EAI paid up members?

Yes, our members are entitled to up to 4 tickets at a discounted rate (€15 per ticket) please check your email for details if you are a current member.

Are there childcare facilities available?

No, the EAI does not have the funding to cover childcare.

Is lunch included in the ticket price?

No, a full lunch menu is available at the hotel. Please contact the hotel directly with any specific dietary requirements. Morning tea/coffee break is included.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Parking is available at the hotel free of charge to conference attendees.

DIRECTIONS
FROM CITY CENTRE/CENTRAL BRIDGE
Travel North onto O’Connell Street passing the General Post Office on your left. At the top of O’Connell Street, turn left on to Parnell Square South, then left on to Parnell Square West. At the traffic signals turn right onto Dorset Street Upper - N1 Signposted Belfast. Continue forward onto the M1. Stay in left hand lane signposted M1, Airport Swords. At the airport roundabout take the 1st exit sign posted Santry. The hotel is located after the 3rd set of traffic signals on the right.

FROM M50 MOTORWAY
Travelling Northbound on the M50 branch left signposted M1, Belfast, Airport, then join the M1 motorway. After just over one mile take the left hand lane signposted M1, Airport Swords. At the airport roundabout take the 1st exit sign posted Santry. The hotel is located after the 3rd set of traffic signals on the right.

FROM M1 MOTORWAY
Travelling Southbound on the M1 take the exit for Dublin Airport. At the Airport roundabout take the first exit. The hotel is located immediately after the third set of traffic lights on the right.

TRANSPORT
Dublin has an array of ground transport options to transfer you to wherever you want to go.

Local bus lines 747 and 748 run every 15 to 30 minutes from the Airport to Dublin's main train stations at Connolly and Heuston.

You can also travel between the airport and Dublin on local bus lines 16A, 41 A/B/C and 46X. Timetables, Route Planners and Real Time information can be found on DublinBus.ie.

For ease, you can also download their app for your iPhone or Android.

Taxis are available outside the airport and take approximately 20 minutes to reach the centre of Dublin. If you wish to take one from the hotel, please ask at reception and we would be delighted to order one for you.

The hotel's courtesy airport shuttle runs 24 hours a day between the hotel and passenger terminal.

AIRCOACH BUS SERVICE
Aircoach bus service runs from the Airport to Dublin's city centre, South Dublin, Belfast & Cork. Travellers can purchase one-way tickets directly from the driver for €7 or online at a discounted rate. This service stops at all the city's most popular tourist attractions.

What can I bring into the event?

Please bring any items needed to feel comfortable for the duration of the event, however, due to venue restrictions hot water bottles and electrical heat pads cannot be accommodated.

What's the refund policy?

Tickets are NON refundable. You may transfer your ticket to another individual if you cannot attend.
