Thanks Kathleen, would be in a different space if not for all the help from EAI. Still going to pelvic physio as my glutes keep tightening up my pelvic floor.

Went to GP as wanted to check if in perimenopause and she tried to refer me back to an Irish gynae. Was pretty shocked when I declined the offer based on previous experience. Only wanted bloods done as a starting point.
