Sorry you are still having a hard time , is the pain only when unhave your period. Are your pain free the rest of the month after your surgery ? If so does sound like you make have adenoymosis, they can’t tell for sure you have it till after they take out your womb . Is it your first period after surgery? Some say the first few periods are very painful . I pray it settles for you
