daniellemcconnellI’m in the same boat at the moment and also with Laya. I rang them yesterday and asked about overseas treatment that’s not available in Ireland. The lady I was speaking to said that my policy covered this and she is sending me out info about the application process. I will post this up once I get the info from her. She said that I would need a GP letter referring me for the surgery, a letter from the consultant stating that the surgery is necessary and an estimate of the cost. I spoke to Dr Mann’s secretary and she said that they have had women from Ireland have their surgeries covered by Laya.
