Thank you ashwaf89 and Kathleen for responding to my post. It is so useful to have your opinions and information to help me make my decisions. All roads seem to lead to the UK specialists alright, just need an Irish consultant to sign my VHI forms!

I also have a forthcoming appt with Dr. Cathy Burke – gynae at Cork University Hospital who is supposed to be the most experienced in endometriosis in Cork. She does a public clinic only (no private work).

I will set up a different thread to see if anyone has been treated by her.
