Hi SarahMary. I have experience with both. Both report to use excision but I’m not sure the expertise is available here for more severe cases. I think it depends on your own situation though and which areas are affected. I know Dr O Neill involves different specialists if needed (in my case a colorectal surgeon). They are both probably the best of what is available here but I would research as much as you can before making a decision.
